The purchased voucher can be used throughout the entire Hotele Diament chain for any accommodation and food & beverage services subject to the 8% VAT rate.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The gift voucher can be used only once. It cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash change is given.
If the recipient wishes to use a wider range of services, they may pay the difference using their gift voucher.
