Cacti Kato Culinary Concept is a new place on the map of Katowice, combining a restaurant, bar and cafe. Its history relates directly to the extraordinary, gastronomic history of the space in which it is located. The cult “KACTUSES from the early 1960s” – was a meeting place for the Katowice establishment, people of politics, culture and art, then located in the Central Hotel.
In creating a new opening of this place, we were guided by its historical value and the need to create a space for Katowice residents and tourists, the concept of which is based on modern cuisine, referring to the best culinary traditions.
The unique atmosphere is created by an unusual interior with a glass roof and an exit to the promenade at Dworcowy Square, which is the new landmark of the city.

Diament Restaurant is a unique place located in the green part of the city of Zabrze, next to the atmospheric park of Pilecki, guarded by two cast iron lions. It is a mixture of colorful cuisine, romantic mood and service at the highest level. The fresh interior of the restaurant, as well as the large terrace, make every guest feel at ease. The main attraction, prepared with great care are teppanyaki grills – hot plates characteristic of the Far Eastern tradition, thanks to which the meal becomes a culinary and social event.

The Poziom Restaurant and Lobby Bar & Live cooking are located in a 19th-century tenement house at the Diament Plaza Hotel, in the city center of Gliwice. Historic brick and modern stone, which are covered with interior walls, are a perfect combination of styles, thus distinguishing the restaurant on the culinary map of the city. The menu offers the best dishes of traditional Polish cuisine with touches of Mediterranean climate. The finesse of taste and aroma is complemented by selected wines.

The Imperial Restaurant is located in the Hotel Arsenal in Chorzów. The excellent location next to the beautiful Silesian Park as well as the elegant atmosphere and sophisticated menu make the restaurant highly appreciated by guests. Cult specialties of Mediterranean and Polish cuisine are served, which will satisfy both lovers of seafood and traditional dumplings.

The Vacanza Restaurant is decorated in a cozy Italian atmosphere and is located in the Hotel Diament in Siemianowice Śląskie. The chef’s specialty is traditional Mediterranean and Polish dishes. The interiors of the restaurant, which can seat up to 150 people in total, the spacious Italian terrace with a summer grill up to 40 people and the atmospheric garden are a great proposal for the organization of weddings and occasional parties in a truly Italian atmosphere.
