OUR RESTAURANT
Restaurant Diament is a unique place – perfect to take a culinary trip around the world.
The exceptional menu composed by our chef is a real feast for the senses.
The decoration of the main hall refers to the Japanese style – characteristic shoji walls, bamboos and bright, cozy interior allow relaxation in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
The restaurant is an ideal place for weddings, banquets and special events, as well as smaller business meetings.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Carefully selected ingredients, top-quality meats and cheese, hot and cold buffet, and live cooking, during which we will prepare pancakes, scrambled eggs or omelette as you like the most. We also bake bread and French croissants.
In the FIT zone you will find vegetable milk, delicacies, yogurts and cocktails. The whole will be complemented by excellent coffee .. celebrating breakfast just like us!
We invite you to a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning:
monday – friday: 6.30-10.00,
saturday – sunday: 7.00-11.00.
OUR KITCHEN
The most important part of the restaurant is the teppanyaki grill, allowing unique live cooking shows. The guests are placed among the tables and it allows to take part in the show, enjoying the culinary art of cooking.
A delicious buffet breakfast is served in the morning:
Mon – Fr 6.30-10 am,
Sat – Sun 7.30-11 am.
