Two of our Hotels Arsenal Palace and Bella Notte are located on the border of Chorzów and Katowice cities, and are directly adjacent to the Park Śląski. The Park has been established 70 years ago and has become one of the largest downtown parks in Europe. The area expanded over time, and its infrastructure was enhanced with a zoo, amusement park called Legendia, Planetarium, Rosarium and the only horizontal cable car in Poland “Elka”. It is a favorite leisure place for Silesians. It is also a tourist destination eagerly visited by many people from all over the world. By choosing Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace you will be able to reach the Park directly on foot. The walk takes only 10 minutes to the cable car station. From the “Elka” station you may reach the Legendia Amusement Park, where you will start your adventure inside this unique, oldest amusement park in the country. Today Legendia is a modern amusement park. It was fully renovated only few years ago. In addition to the iconic, largest carousel with planes, the highest Ferris wheel in the country, and other 40 attractions in the park, there is a breathtaking Lech Coaster – awarded the Best Roller Coaster Award in 2017. Once you get back to the hotel in Chorzów, only 5 minutes’ drive from Legendia, you can relax in the SPA, jacuzzi and swimming pool.
