New menu card was introduced in all Hotels Diament restaurants.This card was created by all Chefs who work for the chain under the direction of Adam Naziębło - the Kitchen Chef of Restaurant Romantyczna in Katowice. Custom dishes categories and fresh look at the tradition are the main ideas.
The guests can choose dishes from such categories as Fitness Line or World Cuisines. The completely new category is the Kitchen Chefs Battle, where each Chef recommends his best dish.
There are also traditional dishes, typical for the South Poland such as fermented rye flour soup served in bread pot or beef roulade with potato dumplings and cooked red cabbage. Delicous desserts like baked pancakes with kaymak, nuts and roasted almonds complete the menu.
